How do I use the online voucher?

You just need to fill in the voucher code in the ‘coupon’section in the shopping cart. Please note that each voucher can only use forone transaction.


Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Voucher code expiration date will be stated on the email thatwas sent.
Voucher generated may be redeemed one time only.
Only one voucher can be used for each order.
Voucher not applicable on sale items.


What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or defectitem?

Contact / email us order@histyle.com.my if there is any claimof defect / incorrect item within
14 days (Pictures of defect or incorrect item will berequired.)


Can I exchange my online purchased items at Hi Style offlinestore?

All online purchased items are not allowed to exchange at HiStyle offline store.


How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive aconfirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customerservice, order@histyle.com.my.
